Workplace Assessments

* Environmental report: Feedback on potential sensory issues caused by the environmental design and recommendation for how to account for staff with different sensory needs.
* Workplace Coaching: short term, results based intervention for those requiring adaptations and their line managers so that staff potential can be maximised.
* A 'Recommendations Report' will be issued outlining any issues and providing recommendations for reasonable and cost effective adaptations.
* A 30 minute presentation for all staff on preparing to work with neurodivergent colleagues

Most often than not employers seek support when an employee is facing disciplinary action and they have claimed that due to their neurological condition they are disabled and therefore need reasonable adjustments to be made. It is usually at that point that assessments are sought.

As part of the workplace assessment we offer up to six individualised, person centred, coaching sessions with the employee who is in this position. Quite often once the reasonable adjustments are made the staff member can then go on to show their employer exactly why they were the best person for the job as productivity increases and stress reduces as a result of the coaching and adaptations.


At the Consultancy and Coaching service are always happy to bring in a neurodivergent perspective to these cases but we also value employers who are willing to look at their workplace and practices with a view to breaking down barriers and attracting more neurodivergent staff. It is for this reason we offer a half price workplace assessment for those who are not under legal action over disability discrimination but who are simply looking to employ more neurodivergent staff. For this we offer an individualised program which includes:

Neurodiversity Management Training
* 30 minute presentation aimed at managers and human resources staff members. the presentation will cover writing Job specifications, adapting hiring practices and introducing adaptations to ensure the workplace is accessible to future neurodivergent employees.

* A built environmental report: Feedback on potential sensory issues caused by the environmental design, including recommendation for how to account for staff with different sensory needs and maximise their productivity in the workplace.
* A 'Recommendations Report' issued outlining any issues and providing recommendations for reasonable and cost effective adaptations.
